Amanda Spruill Moorman

Amanda has provided legal analysis of real property transactions since 2007, when she began working with Cahill Gordon & Reindel in New York City. There, Amanda represented lenders in large-scale real estate acquisitions and closings with a focus on resolving title issues on behalf of international banks. Once she moved to Charlottesville, she transitioned her commercial real estate knowledge to wind energy deals at Apex Clean Energy across the United States. After taking some time off to stay at home with her three children, she is excited to be back in the renewable energy world to assist solar, wind and storage developers in securing property rights and resolving title insurance matters.

Amanda holds a Juris Doctorate from William & Mary Law School, which she received after graduating from the University of Virginia in 2004, and is licensed in New York.
